Shipping & Delivery

How will my order ship?

UMZU ships primarily via USPS, with a standard processing time of 2 business days (no carrier pickups on weekends or certain holidays). After shipping, delivery typically takes 2–5 days, depending on your distance from the Denver, Colorado warehouse, or 2–3 days with upgraded shipping.

Longer transit times may occur for remote areas, non-contiguous states, military bases, outlying islands, holidays, severe weather, or other delays. International orders ship via UPS Saver and usually arrive in 3–5 days, though customs may cause delays.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. After carrier pickup, delivery usually takes up to 5 days depending on your location from the Denver, Colorado warehouse, or 1–3 days with upgraded shipping.

Longer transit times may occur for destinations farther from the warehouse, as well as remote areas, non-contiguous states, military bases, outlying islands, holidays, severe weather, or other delays. Carrier delays may also occur during transit.

If a US package takes longer than 15 days, please contact help@umzu.com so we can initiate a search or claim with the carrier. Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Do you ship to my country?

Certain countries are embargoed or restricted by the US Government. Others have strict import laws when it comes to importing supplements.

Will I have to pay import taxes or duties?

We collect & remit duties on all international orders based on the type of product and the rates set by your country.

Will your products clear customs?

Check your country's list of banned and restricted products to be sure. Each of our products contains a supplement fact panel so you can check the ingredients against their list.

Remember, you are responsible for what you import so please be sure to check it in advance.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders when the subtotal is over $75 after discounts are added and before tax is added.

Why does my order require a signature?

Due to the high value of orders over $175, they may require a signature to ensure your package is delivered properly.

Orders Delivery & Changes

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive an email with a clickable tracking number. You can also search the number in Google which will show the related shipping company. You can also visit our UMZU Tracking page.

My order says it was delivered but I haven't received anything — what should I do?

A carrier may sometimes mark a package as 'delivered' before it is actually dropped off. If this is the case give it 2 more business days. If you've not received it by then please email us at help@umzu.com with your order number.

Can I change the items on my order or the shipping address?

Once an order is placed we cannot make edits to either the contents or the shipping address. Please contact help@umzu.com with your order number as soon as possible if you need to cancel the order and replace it since there is a short window when we can cancel an order before it is fulfilled.

Please make sure your address is correct by reviewing the order confirmation that is sent as well as the order thank you page.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can purchase?

We may limit orders to no more than 3 of a specific product.

Can I get your products for free?

We do offer promotions to try free products from time to time. If you take advantage of one of these offers, you are required to pay the shipping fee for that item even if you combine it with other orders/products. Free item offers do not count towards the free shipping over $75.

Can I get a refund for my loyalty membership?

We understand that you might sign up for something and later realize it wasn't what you expected or that it involves recurring payments. That's why we offer refunds for paid loyalty memberships within 5 days of the charge, as long as you haven’t used any membership benefits, such as cashback credits, free shipping, or discounts, during those 5 days. Beyond those 5 days, paid loyalty membership is nonrefundable. If you cancel your membership before the year is up, you won’t receive a refund, but you’ll still enjoy all the benefits until the original term ends.

Subscriptions, Programs & Partnerships

If I cancel my subscription, will my order still ship?

If you cancel your subscription after your order has been processed (charged your card), you must reach out to our Customer Care Team to cancel the order too. Canceling your subscription does not cancel your pending order.

Can resellers participate in the loyalty program?

No, the loyalty program is exclusively for individual customers who purchase products or services directly from Umzu for personal use. Resellers, wholesalers, including distributors, retailers, or those engaged in bulk purchasing for resale purposes, are not eligible to participate. This ensures fairness and the intended benefits for our valued individual customers.
